Currencies
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
VAT
We have included 14% VAT in all our prices - in the product listings as well as shipping and billing prices.
Price Changes
Vexon reserves the right to pass on any price increases above 10% of the advertised price. It is unfortunately possible, but very rare, that a supplier cannot provide more of the product at a similar price. We will notify you immediately and give you the option of a full refund if you do not wish to continue the Order at the new price. We will also pass on any price decreases above 5% if any.
Payment Method Discounts
We may from time to time encourage the use of one payment method over another. These discounts will be advertised around the site and will also be clearly visible on the Payment Method selections in the Checkout process.
Bank Transfers / EFT (Encouraged Method of Payment)
You may pay using an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) between your account and ours. The funds may take 2 days to appear depending on which bank you transfer from and their transfer policy towards Standard Bank or First National Bank.
Standard Bank to Standard Bank transfers are almost immediate, same with FNB to FNB. Please see our banking details below. This is our recommended method of payment.
Direct Deposit / Cash Deposit (2% Charge)
You may pay for your products through a Direct Deposit/Cash Deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing a Transfer/EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please fax through your deposit slip to us on +27 (0) 86 647 5407 to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible.

Card Payment (6% Additional Charge) 
You may pay for your products using a Visa or Master Card credit card.
Your payment will be processed by arguably the most reputable credit card payment processor in South Africa (PayGate). All transaction information will be transmitted for processing via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with strong encryption. The processing of the card information will be secured by Thwarte Secure, which is an internationally recognized online security certifying authority.

Although PayGate will authenticate the transaction on our behalf, we may also require additional information from you. This information may include (but is not limited to) a copy of your identity document, proof of residence,, a signed copy of your order and a copy of your credit card (back and front). These documents are not normally required but may be requested for your safety in order to prevent credit card fraud.
Cheque Deposit (Not Encouraged Method of Payment)
You may pay making use of a Cheque Deposit. Please note that the Cheque Deposit method could take up to 21 business days to confirm that the funds have been transferred to our account. We do not recommend this method of payment.
