Product Warranties

All new items bought from Vexon are genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All items are warranted by the manufacturer's or the distributor's warranty from the date of invoice. This is normally 12 months but can differ from product to product. This information is supplied with each product.

All items we sell have local distributors and support. We do not import from overseas suppliers as this would make it impossible for us to offer any backup service to our customers.

Products requiring repair should be sent either directly to Vexon or the manufacturer/distributor for service. Vexon is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service, even as unlikely as this would be.
