WE DO NOT KEEP STOCK WITH US AS WE ARE STRICTLY ONLINE AND ONLY ORDER FOR CUSTOMERS AGAINST CONFIRMED ORDERS AND PAYMENTS.

Customers are welcome to visit us during office hours (8am to 5pm normal South African Working Days).

Vexon sells to all consumers, Corporate Companies, Government and Parastatal Organisations as well as to Resellers.

What is the minimum online order value?

Vexon's system allows for a minimum online order value of R 700.

Orders below this value may be placed manually through email

There is a small administration charge of R 42 that will be added to your order.

Why is there a minimum online order value?

Vexon incurs fees for every order that gets placed online. As a result orders below a certain value become uneconomical to process online. This is why we offer a manual ordering system through email as well.

My order is below R700. What do I do?

Simply mail us with details of the items you would like to order.

Please note there will be a R 42 administration charge added to your order.

How do I order online?

You first need to create an account, by registering with Vexon. It is important that you provide your full shipping address details, as this is used by the system to calculate your shipping costs.

If you are already registered then you need to log in.

You then need to add you required items to your cart, by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product.

Your products will be displayed in "Your Cart" on the side of the screen.

When you are done shopping, click on "Show Cart" at the bottom of "Your Cart".

Proceed through the checkout process.

Vexon will email you a confirmation mail informing you that your order has been received and that we are confirming stock with suppliers. Once this is done you may proceed to make payment (if you have elected to pay via EFT or Cash Deposit only). Payments via credit card can be done immediately after checkout as this amount is only processed to Vexon's account after goods have been ordered and shipped to you the customer.

Once payment is made, please email proof of payment to Vexon (info @ vexon.co.za) - without spacing. This should be done directly from your bank to avoid delays in clearing.

Once funds have cleared in our account we will send goods via courier to you, or we will let you know that your goods are ready for collection, if you have requested collection.

We will then email you your invoice :-)

 

I would like to buy in bulk. Does Vexon offer discounts?

Vexon will definately offer discounts for quantities greater than 10 units per product. Please mail us with details of your requested order

Can I come to you and buy?

Vexon allows customers to visit anytime during working hours. We are however, a strictly online store and therefore do not carry any stock at our premises unless already ordered and paid for.

I would like to know what the delivery charge will be before ordering. Can I do this?

No problem. Simply add the item to your cart (after you have logged in) and then proceed to checkout. Before finalising your order, you will be given an option to choose your shipping method. This will show you your cost of shipping. You may choose to proceed with your order from here.

I can't get through to Vexon on the phone. What do I do?

Vexon is an online store. The fastest way we can assist all our customers is through email.

We recommend that you email us at info @vexon.co.za (without any spacing in between), and provide detail about your enquiry. This allows us to keep track of our incomming enquiries and enables us to provide you the customer with a suitable answer to your enquiry.
